My background is rooted in visual effects producing at scale, delivering work across film, television, commercials, and media environments where pressure is constant and conditions change. That experience informs how I support productions more broadly: by stabilising systems, clarifying decision-making, and maintaining momentum when certainty disappears.

I am engaged at different points across a project’s lifecycle — from pre-greenlight planning through delivery — either embedded within production or providing targeted support when existing structures are under strain. This includes short-term consulting, early-stage strategy, and leadership support on complex or evolving productions.

The work is not defined by a single title, but by responsibility: holding alignment between creative vision, technical execution, and practical constraint, while protecting teams from misdirected pressure and fear-based escalation
